We visit the site and review its entrances, activity, operating hours and credible risks. We listen to the people who manage the site every day.

We set out posts, shift patterns, supervision and reporting in a written plan. The plan connects each post to a clear purpose.

We select personnel for the roles and complete background and document verification. Suitability is considered alongside statutory requirements.

Every person receives induction and role training before taking up the post. Site instructions and escalation routes are made clear.

Personnel take up their posts under on-site supervision. Supervisors inspect standards, handovers and records regularly.

You receive regular reports and review the deployment with your named point of contact. The plan is adjusted when the site or its risks change.
